Returns & Refund Policy

All yarns are hand-dyed in small batches. Variations in color, tone, and speckling are normal and not considered defects.
If you plan to use multiple skeins for a project, we recommend alternating skeins every few rows.

Returns

We only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. 
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at thecuriousskein@gmail.com.
Returned yarn must be unused, unwound, and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds apply only to product cost, not original shipping fees. 
We do not offer exchanges; please place a new order after refund approval.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on custom orders, sale items, gift cards, digital downloads, or subscription boxes.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for customs duties or tariffs. 
Packages returned for unpaid fees will not have shipping refunded.
